RETURN POLICY

 

It is our goal to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.  We take pride in providing our customers with quality products. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to our customers. 

 

Refund for returned items. In order to receive a refund for a returned item, the products must be returned within ten (10) business days of receiving your product(s) and MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED.  USED PRODUCTS WILL BE DENIED A REFUND.  WE REQUIRE THAT ALL RETURNED ITEMS BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN NEW CONDITION.

 

Shipment and Handling for Returns for Refund.  CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT AND HANDLING OF ALL RETURNED PRODUCT(S).

 

Before shipping your item for a return for refund, please send email to support@professorcredo.com with “Return for Refund” typed on the subject line along with your full name, transaction number and email address. Please state the reason for your return.  You will be emailed return instructions with a return shipping address.
